It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the postponement of this event for a second time.
Despite our best efforts, we haven’t been able to finalise permission for a 40-meter stretch of MOD land, which is vital for our main and back-up routes. We have explored multiple alternative locations, but none matched what we envisioned for the event. Faced with the decision of either pushing forward with a mediocre route or postponing so we can deliver the event we had envisioned; we have chosen the latter.
We have decided not to announce a new date until we have confirmed permission to use our desired route. However, we can confirm that we’ll be hosting two races in 2025. We hope our desire to host the best Obstacle Course Race in Cornwall will keep many of you excited for the new dates.
We are beyond gutted. We’ve spent hundreds of hours planning and thousands of pounds on medals, obstacles, and marketing.
We will be back stronger.

Of course! We encourage you to bring as many spectators as you can.
Bring your furry friend! Leashed, well-behaved dogs can join the fun as spectators at the WAX Burner.
We don’t have a Canicross event this year, but it’s something may do in the future. Keep an eye out!
Upon checkout you’ll be asked if you’re part of a team and if so, what is your team name.
Make sure everyone in your team selects the same date, time and enters the same team name – we’ll do the rest!
