Surf & Turf – Newquay Sea Swim and Run Challenge

Race details:

• Date: Saturday 30th May 2026
• Start time: 10am–12pm (exact time confirmed closer to the date)
• Location: Towan Beach & Kilacourt, Newquay

Entry level: Beginner / Intermediate / Experienced Runner (select at checkout)

Age restriction: Participants must be aged 16 or over. Those aged 16–17 must have parental or guardian consent to enter.

Important: This event includes a 500m open water sea swim. All participants must be confident swimmers and capable of safely completing both elements of the race.
