• You can generally request a refund for a ticket up to 7 days before the scheduled event start date.

Event Cancellations or Postponements:

• In the case of an event cancellation, you will be notified via email to the address provided at purchase.
• You will then be offered the following options:
  • A full refund for your ticket.
  • Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date (if applicable).

WAX Events Right to Change Policy:

• WAX Events reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
• However, any changes will only apply to ticket purchases made after the date of the policy change.
